At NailGlows, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our press-on nails. Our Refund and Returns Policy is designed to be straightforward and customer-centric, while also considering the nature of our products.

Returns

  • Eligibility Window: To be eligible for a return, you must initiate the process within 14 days of receiving your product.
  • Condition of Product: Returned items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.
  • Exclusions: Due to hygiene and health concerns, we cannot accept returns on products that have been used or opened, except in cases of manufacturing defects or damages incurred during shipping.

Refunds

  • Inspection of Returns: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Processing of Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted, such as items not in their original condition, items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or items returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Exchanges

  • Defective or Damaged Products: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at service@gmail.com.
  • Return Shipment Expenses: The responsibility for covering the shipping costs associated with the return of your item rests with you. Please note that shipping expenses are non-reimbursable. In the event of a refund, the amount equivalent to the return shipping cost will be subtracted from your refund.
